BMW is proud to reprise its rich cinematic legacy with the latest film installment THE CALM, a film presented by BMW Films.
From Executive Producer Joseph Kosinski and Director Sam Hargrave, with music from Hanz Zimmer. Pom Klementieff is a mysterious passenger forced to fight her way through a web of obstacles to keep her mission intact.
Until she ends up in the Hotel Martinez in Cannes and meets Uma Thurman..
THE CALM is a short film full of action, twists, and... calmness, including the first-ever silent car chase.

BMW Films was about great story telling and a great BMW as the supporting character, subtly boosting brand image. This is just a commercial for non-driver oriented features with an elementary school plot sprinkled on top.

This is far from the quality produced by Guy Ritchie and acing by Clive Owen. No disrespect to the actors as Pom is a very capable actress as is Uma Thurman. But this has no magic, no edge of your seat action, and certainly no "presence" of the car. Should have had a BMW 8 Series or M4 Series and a more "grittier" display of the car and the plot. Sorry BMW, this is a complete miss.

Not really, the E65 is far uglier with the Bangle Butt and odd looking headlights, there’s a reason Doug himself rated the E65 styling a 4/10 while this 7 series gets a 7/10
