BMW G30 540i B58 MHD stage 2+ 0-100 100-200 1/4 mile

What octane are you running? I just flashed my M140i to Stage2 non HPFP 91oct and got no improvement

@dnvprojects I jumped straight to the st2 because I already have a decat dp, before the flash tune I ran flat 13's and now I'm running medium 13's that's why I haven't compared the st1

Something not right , i felt a big difference between stock and stage 2. Try some logs, maybe bad fuel

Its aftermarket , but it looks exactly like an m5 one . Not sure if the m5 diffuser can fit on an non m bumper

@@user-lp7br7lg3j i dont see that much difference with the xhp, maybe for stage 3 ecu with turbo upgrade is essential but just for stage 2+ i dont see the point of xhp ...its just my opinion ,doesnt mean its correct. I will upload a new video in few days,i have just the report right now, no video

@@user-lp7br7lg3j not as much as i was expecting. 0-100 i got 3.81 compare to 3.87 and 100-200 9.85 compare to 10.24 without xhp . I also upgraded the cold air intake with mst , probably that also helps a bit

Stage 2 is how much horsepower ?

According to mhd ,stage 2 should be arround 450hp but this is stage 2+ and should be about 470 with pump gas and 500 with e40

you won‘t make full power; I have B58 740i Stage 2 and made 430-450 HP without xhp, with xhp I now make 470-480

Xhp is in the plan man. But xhp doesnt give you more power, it just stops limiting the cars potential, now your engine makes the same power with or without xhp ,the thing is your gearbox does not understand that, even your engine wants to go more, your gearbox is cutting off some power . I hope i explained correct 🤘

You can make 420hp with stage 1, you should be doing high close to 500hp in stage 2. xhp is transmission tune, it cant givemore power. Upload a video of yours

Dont wanna trashtalk, but that Stage 2+ is bad, im hitting a 8.8s 100-200, 0-100 a 3.45 not a huge difference, but the 100-200 times are different, same car with xDrive probably same setup, better Software. - Here from AutoTopPNL ( kzbin.info/www/bejne/bpaoipapZZx1g5I ) car is with Xhp i guess, thats why you just cant use the Full Torque, its making a 9.3 2 persons on it with 90% fuel, so solo with a empthy fuel is a high 8 number for them as well.

Xhp makes the difference , i said it already i am limmited by the transmissiom, mhd is same software for everybody, you cant have different software, maybe a different update but it wont make that much difference .

@@dnvprojects no i don’t have mhd on it, i have a custom tune on it, without xhp you just get around 580Nm, while you will have 650+, because it’s limited from the Factory. Get xhp Stage 3 and measure it again would be interesting to See

@@NeXAdam aaaa got it. Custom tune will get the best out of the car for sure man, mhd is standard platform ,for sure wontt make more performance than a custom tune. I bought already xhp but i will install it and reupload a video after i return home, im in china up to next month

outside temp probably matters a lot when it comes to 100-200 times, i got 9.83 seconds on just stage 2 91 oct mhd with no xhp but i live in canada so i bet mine isn’t heat soaked much when i did my run

@xpr50diamond absolutely ! I did this runs on 25c . Later on i did another run on 9c and i got low 9 but its invalid because of low sats. Anyway i will do again some other tests , car got few other upgrades
