I like your bike its great. What is the fuel consumption ?

Thanks mate. It's got a 20.5 ltr tank and it does about 48 to 50 mpg, really smooth bike but can be expensive to maintain. The abs system is prone to breaking and can cost £3500 to replace, the one on mine broke so i chose to have it bypassed which cost me £430 by a trained bmw tech. Great bikes though mate. I'd learn on something smaller to be honest the bike can be a handful. With out sounding disrespectful go for a 500cc or a 600cc inline four like a yamaha diversion or honda cb600 hornet then move onto big bikes when you build your confidence. Ride safe mate thank you for comment 👍

Soy uno de los afortunado que tiene una k1200rs amarilla y gris con la bandera de cuadros en los laterales del año 99 ,la amo por sobre todas las motos que he tenido ,una gran moto! es tan cómoda y suave en 135mil km solo mantenimiento y un cambio de embrague por culpa del maldito reten de cigueñal y nada mas ,me miran mas en los semaforos que a cualquier otra moto, la compré con 80 mil kms y no ha echo más que darme satisfacciones de toda índole ,la ultima moto de 4 cilindros realmente fabricada por BMW lo que vino después no es ni la mitad de exelente de lo que fueron los 4 cil horizontales de las viejas k por eso no cambio mi k verdadera por otra que tiene un motor que ni siquiera es tecnología de BMW tengo 66 años y me quedan pocos años para seguir montando en moto pero no cambiaré mi k por ninguna otra moto es el amor de mi vida después de mi esposa! amores diferentes pero un gran amor sin dudarlo ni un segundo.

do you have oil leak problem?

Yes it's coming from the water and oil pump, easy fix I've not got round to doing it

How much is the fuel consumption around the city

I'd say between 36 to 40 mpg and it's got a 22ltr tank or 5.9 gallon tank. Ride safe mate
