I found you by sheer luck and im instantly a big fan, the way you show us everything on camera and explain throughly is so rare to find online. Great video, Why 2 of the joints glue and the one on top welding ?

It’s bmw procedure, it used to be 3 joints glued but they had sinking issues on the more visible joint so went back to welding it

Why didn't you make column C with mig copper welding?

Why not use tig or Heli arc For the weld. That’s a ton of cold starts

I’ve never used a heli arc or tug for joints on cars, and to be honest I’ve never seen anyone do it that way 🤷🏼‍♂️

Can’t use tig because of computers in vehicles is reason . You would have to completely remove them to prevent damage
