BMW M340i Hillclimb - Do we still need the M3? Is this better than the M4? / YS Khong Driving.

With a 3.0 litre turbocharged engine, obviously choked down to 382 horsepower, and AWD, is this machine a huge mistake by BMW?
With AWD and endless possibilities for upgrading, I see this machine being a viable alternative to the M3 and the M4.

Hats down for this Gentleman, I just bought m340i here in Switzerland and can't wait for some fun in the mountains. I had F30 328i xDrive before so I got used to those 245hp. Nice driving. Im always watch you drive slower car faster and fast car slower, maybe because of uncontrollable environment and the traffic conditions. But..
