Yeah but you have to take into an account that the g30 5 series is now 3 years old, almost 4. (came in 2016). While this is close to 2020, thats like almost 4 years of difference! Look at the 7 series redesign compared to the first one that came out in 2015. Thats how pretty much redesigned 5 series is gonna look like in a year or two.

I prefer the M340i RWD. More power throughout the rev range, better handling, stiffer chassis, better E-LSD, better adaptive suspension, and more advanced tech, and superior interior finish. Still appreciate my 335is for my purposes, for style and for price point, size and DCT.

Roddy Rod Yes, I’ve driven it and also currently own a manual M140i plus I have an E46 M3. It’s the engine in these new sports BMW’s that sells the cars, nothing more. I stand by my soulless point based on my ownership of BMW’s.

Dear AutoTopNL what do you prefer like a second car for the summer. This model M340 or Porsche Cayman? there will be no days track. How much worse does this model feel than the M series? I had an M3 E92. She was less comfortable on the suspension. Less comfortable than the same cayman.
