BMW R 850 R, 1100, Fork seals, Broken screw and Brakes

Use a center drill to start the drill hole. Once you get the center hole use large drill which will drive screw out of fork. Works most of the time.

Manual says to bleed the telescopic fork in "no-load" position. Im not sure if it means I put 0,47l of telescopic fork oil and i open the bleeding screw, push the fixed tube and wait for the oil to drain? This is "no-load" position?
