I recall you doing another front fork oil change. The BMW seems to be a little more involved. I think you did a Honda I could be wrong. You make this job look easy. Thank you for the videos Old Mac. Randy

Hi Randy, actualy this frontfork was far more easy as there are barely any 'special' parts inside, like a spring or a damper. Its just a tube sliding up and down. As the real shock absorber is inbetween the frontfork and the engine. BMW calls it their 'telelever' system. grts from The Old Mechanic
