I rode the 1300GS twice and found the seat and Rider Triangle position to be very, very uncomfortable. I'm keeping my 1250GS!! Also I found the 1300GS so much more difficult to lift off the side stand. The 1300GS is a little more powerful than the 1250GS but not a great amount.......my 1250GS is fast enough, lol

Agree 100% with you, including the seat! The German call it "comfort seat" , what a joke! Is more like a prostate massage! And mine haslve the enduro pack, but the regular ones have tiny pegs, but they put "real pegs" for the passenger! So backward!

What will it do that a 1250 won’t do apart from extra tech?

Well nothing, but it does all of the things the 1250 does, but better... You could use that question for almost any bike comparison. As i mentioned in the video, the 1250 is a monster truck, the 1300 is a rally car....

Can’t agree with you about the seat, I’ve found it more comfortable than my 1250 and have sat in it for 6-7 hrs with no issues. I couldn’t do that on my 1250! You can switch off the Front Collision Warning - Settings-Assist-Front Collision Warning in the menu and switch to off!
