Cool build, but fitting the rear frame was a wtf moment for me. I can't understand why you would choose to use a big flex head ratchet with a super long ball end Allen socket to tighten that bolt that was very easily accessible.

I always thought the spacer goes on the stem, not in the frame

It goes on the stem below the bottom bearing

Thanks. I misunderstood. Nice to know that you can reduce the diameter of the stem, so you can remove the bearing. Always a struggle to get them off.
