Worked perfectly on my 06' 330Ci with HK! Checked the amp first (located on the roof of the trunk). My audio suddenly stopped working after I left it at the dealer it was raining that day so I thought I had water damage to the amp but nope. Unplugging the battery and reconnecting it resets everything really well and now it works.

Hi i have a problem with my e39 and getting sound out from the speakers. Did replace the org. Business class radio out to a New 2din Android radio and all the four Doors if that has anything to say but i doubt it. How Long do i need to have the battery off for a first step?

i have the same problem. but is enought to disconect batery for few second and woks fine. what i dont understant is why radio dies after i take few bumps on the road. can someone figure it out why radio stops and how i can rezolv this problem permanently? p.s. if i disconect and reconect battery few times in few seconds, radio start playing and stops again.

Hey! Yes, It’s original 16:9 screen. The “mtech” screen on start is because a software update version.

In my e53 4.4 liter was simple fix... fuse "fell out" of Luggage Compartment fuse tray. You might not notice, think it is just an empty, but not this time. Yeah you need all 3 for the radio to work. Fuse #72, #73, and #7 (apparently) all "Audio System". (Uses 30a, 7.5a and 5.a). See online, which show Diagrams other (Glove Box) fuse tray (which pulls down from top of box.

Yes is posibil but You need one cable long 6m from the back the front.

Hola buenas! Tengo el mismo problema, todavía no e probado tu método del video pero antes me pasaba lo mismo...cuando dejaba el coche parado un tiempo empezaba a ir pero de un acelerón todo el lado izquierdo junto con la radio se me iba..no sabrás que puede ser no? muchas gracias

Hola Edu es extraño lo que te ocurre parece algo de cableado, prueba mi método a ver qué ocurre...De todas formas comprueba que la batería de tu coche no esté en las últimas, además de comprobar fusibles (guantera y maletero). Pásale algún escáner si tienes la opción, por si canta algún error relacionado con la radio y te pudiera dar alguna pista. Mucha suerte y gracias por comentar! 🤞👍🏻
