Get one mate. But I warn you. It's not the best idea to start on a bike with that much power. The best thing would be to ride a 250/300cc bike for a year to learn the ropes. Then move up to a 600cc sportsbike. Those are the midrange bikes, plenty of power and can easily get you upto 160mph. (Yamaha R6, CBR600RR, ZX6R, all good) Then you hit the 1000cc's.

So much performance for the money. My buddy has a 700hp supercharged Dodge Viper and he got walked by a zx10r on the highway. 80k car getting walked by a $10k bike. Crazy.

The ‚real‘ exhaust is the one fitted from factory. This exhaust is developed to provide the backpressure needed for am efficient engine. It may sound wayyyyyyyyyyyy better like this, but if you just put on a fu**ing steel pipe you‘ll more or less do damage to your engine :)
