6ｍｍｍ上げ底になってるらしい
要するにチェーンガイドを更に6ｍｍ押し込むだけのもの
チェーンテンショナー、カムチェーン交換したら黒プラグに戻して、更に15,000km走行したら銀プラグに交換？
根本的に対策になってないと思われるが．．．
プラグを緩め、テンショナーを取り出し
中にOリングが残ってるので注意
オイルが常に垂れてくる、テンショナーへの油圧経路の様だ。
適当なワッシャー1.5ｍｍ厚、2枚追加（合計3ｍｍ）を試してエンジン始動
テンショナーがプラグに差し込む構造で、刺さり代が少なくなるので何かしらのトラブルを考え、最終3枚（4.5ｍｍ）で取付
冷間時のエンジン始動直後、数秒でガラガラ音が収まるが、シャラシャラ音が気になる
排気音が大きすぎて良く解らん

silverに変えるのではなく黒キャップのままワッシャーを入れたのは微調整のためですか?

ワッシャーで上げ底を試してノイズ治るならシルバー発注しようと思いテストしました。ノイズは結局、別の原因でした。

Wrong install of tensioner. Thicker side (bigger diameter) should push the chain guide. Smaller diameter with ball valve should be in the cap. Also tensioner should be so full with oil you can't push it by hand

@@masa86jzx81 Hi, yes, i rewatched the video. The thing is i can't see the oil passage that faces the tensioner cap. Didn't worked exactly on the XR but others, and there's a small oil channel leading oil pressure into the cap so will prime the valve. Also the schematic showing the thin/smaller diameter portion of tensioner facing the cap not the engine. So maybe that's why it was still rattling. These types of tensioners are notorious for not working properly. Akso they don't prime quite quickly and you need to drive a little. Had a 7000 km bmw in the shop that had a failing tensioner that new. I dissasembled it and it's poorly concept build. They came with wrong valve clearance from factory and many other problems...

Mine is doing same noise when cold start, is there any problem doing nothing?

I think there is no problem if you just do a cold start.

@@masa86jzx81 Sounds nice then, i was afraid of this noise. And checking some videos i notice this sound do not disappear, it just become smothier/lower when changed to silver plug. Thanks for your reply!

this is a bullshit fom s1000 models.. I had mine entirely replaced after taking new plug and hidraulic tensioner. They both solved for a while but then it started rattling again.,..damn! 40.000km is not that much
