They can be on whenever you want, just can't be off whenever you want. Do they get hot? Mine also make a buzzing sound every time they come on which would be super annoying all the time

Why can’t they be off whenever you want? It’s just wired to the ambient lighting. No buzzing here.

Any ideas on how this will effect longevity of the tiny bulb in the emblems? They weren’t designed to be on for long periods so any risk of burning out?

Great question. I imagine it’s very close. I would assume if there’s still a place to tap in the rear of the center consuls, then it should be pretty much the same.👍🏼

Have you noticed that the emblems making a buzzing/humming noise when they're lit up? Mine are doing that and just wanted to make sure that it's normal

Almost inconceivable. I’d say on a scale from 1-10, a 1. Only with engine off, radio off, windows up and head back against the seat, the slightest can be heard.

With the headlight switch on auto, do the emblems light up when its daytime? Or only when its getting dark and the low beams turn on?

​@@Just1MoreMod this was driving me crazy lol, ill give it another shot and let it sit, another thing i found out is that you don't have to connect it to the passenger side, both sides turn on with just the driver side ands if you disconnect the plug from behind the back vent (grey/purple) wire, for some reason it still gives power

Thanks for the video man I wanted to ask before I installed this kit Do the seat lights turn off when you turn off the car and leave the lights on auto or do you have to put the lights in the off position?

Yup, of course. Either way, if you leave the headlights in the auto position and turn off the car and lock it, the lights go out. Or if you manually move the headlight switch to off, they will go off. 👍🏼

@@Just1MoreModso I was able to pull the wire out on the passenger side with no issue, the driver one is giving me grief. I depress the clip end part of the wire and it starts to pull but then gets hung up on something. I tried to kinda push the end down where it’s getting caught and give it a little bit of muscle but no dice. Don’t wanna mess anything up and try to force it out. I sent them a message on Instagram. May have to send it back unfortunately 😪 Just my luck lol
