Thanks for the heads up. I already snapped mine.. used a pick. Duh. and yanked by the wire... Still works in spite of my incompetence/impatient sloppy style. Your car looks great and we share common e90 problems. Mine is an oil burner... Newest problem is the oil filter cooler gaskets... It's like digging into an E46 to fix it.. remove ac compressor, alternator, and many lines.. blah, blah.. E90 life! Thanks for your tips and sharing the e90 life. How's your catch can? Egr delete? Bypass?Egr delete Code? Walnut blast? Fun stuff!

excellent video my son and I broke a sensor and the connector it can be tough to fix . I needed to solder new pins in my conector in place . BMW carries all the pins conectors and seals . not your typical Dyi

Ariano Robb It's just the standard one. You only need to do the upgrade when running higher than 25-30psi

nice DYI , i have to change the battery on my 535 f10 and my indy mecanic told me that if i change it with the same exact new battery i d ont have to register it , he said that bmw intelligent battery management system will read and adapt the charging as he know the % of charge the battery has every time . is it possible ? tks

omar el mrslouhi If it's the same specs, then you don't need to code it, but still need to register it. If you buy a battery that is not in spec, then you have to do both of those things.

Hey I watch most of your videos all the time... but I was wondering have you ever changed an o2 sensor? My service engine soon light came on my car and I did a diagnose and gave me a code P2243 and so it's said its was bank 1 sensor 1 just not too sure of the location.

Irving A I changed them out prior to starting this channel - bank 1 sensor 1 is the pre-cat ones and are right next to the turbos. You have to get them from underneath the car and then pull the cowl and engine covers off to disconnect the wires. Not that many good DIY's on this
