I like the intro. But you said turn it on but dont start. Then said let it get to operating temperature. Does it get to operating temperature in just the on position?

Yes! I actually ran out of hard-drive memory at the last minute. Doh!!! I’m glad you pointed that out. What I meant to say was, when you first put the coolant in, the key should be in the “ON” position with the heater set to full HOT and fan speed full LOW. With the bleeder-screw removed, fill it all the way till the level indicator stick reads max levels. Then, close the cap and bleeder-screw and fire up the engine full on. Run it till it reaches operating temperature or take it around the block then park it and let it idle till the temp gauge reaches middle hot. Let it cool down for a few hours. Once it cools down completely, you’ll remove the coolant cap and bleeder-screw once again and fill it up to max levels. That should complete the bleeding process. But after a couple days of driving it I would advise to check the levels and add to get 100% air out. Thanks for pointing that out !!!

I need to replace that middle hose that’s connected to the expansion tank.. I don’t know what it’s called or can’t even find how to fix it 😅

Might have to use realoem.com to help identify parts. Expansion tank hose mist likely. The all attach just like in the video with a locking clip

Did not see you put any o-rings in the quick connects, did they need any or did they have any of those beveled neoprene plastic rings that serve as Orings? I am having a time trying to figure out which quick connect take Orings and which take those plastic beveled sleeves...please let me know (on top radiator hose, on the bottom hose to engine and the one from engine.
