BMW X5 E70 4.8i Engine at 224,000 Miles! How It's Holding Up

I learned about so much buying an X5 4.8, I think I had a head gasket blown already but I got another 12,000 miles from it. I’m about to buy one with 119,000 miles and I think I’ll be able to keep it going. I’m gonna put some 205 in there to see if I can avoid having to do valve stem seals in the future.
