Spanish BB got discontinued and all frames went to a Mid BB the American BB is Mid bearings in alloy cups and they are 19mm i would not go bigger then 22MM Mid BB size of the bearings is just right i think not to small and not to big 👍

Yeah thought it was worth mentioning just for the guys with the older frames out there. Mid is the go!

I have a mongoose title 24 with a Euro cartridge bearing, 8-spline axle, threaded 68 mm shell bottom bracket. its noisy & would like to replace it. do you have any recommendations. Cheers Dan

May i know, can 25t/28t sprocket use at american bottom bracket?

You certainly can. The only consideration you may have to think about is that many frames with American (USA) style BB shells, may have chainstay brake mounts and there may be issues with the chain line and brake caliper.

Generally speaking, 9603 bearings will have a 17mm ID (internal diameter). Currently, there are very few BMX cranks or bottom brackets that use a spindle with a 17mm diameter. Ev
