Amazing Job! I had a blue ‘85 Californian as kid. Thank you for sharing the build process. Some of my best memories were spent with that bike. Today’s bikes don’t match the energy of the 80’s bmx scene.

I’m doing the same kind of bike, thanks for the inspiration however I do got a point out. I’m sure you know this though the pedals were 470 the pedals are different but other than that this thing is awesome. I was able to luckily fortunately someone sold for a deal the 470 and I’m glad you gave me the idea about the cap cause I did replacement new caps.

I would do a light sand on the old seat to restore the original colour then polish and seal it up with clear. Now I will shut up and see the rest of the video.
