When you take more than 10 damage with an AntiDamage set up, it only triggers once your current animation ends. If you cross before the trigger, it persists through the next turn. What happened in the video is that the player on the left had just started an upwards movement when BlastMan hit. Right before the movement animation ended, he crossed into EraseBeast, so the AntiDamage persisted. It's easier to reproduce with a longer animation, such as MachGun.

Yeah he does in his graveyard fight. It's basically null element meteors. It isn't all that scary of an attack and isn't seen anywhere else.
