Fair comments and coincide with my belief that you really have to choose carefully about where you want to stay in East London. East Enders are traditionally rough. Not many have heard of Kray Twins in a place where organised crimes thrived in the mid 20th century. Almost all boxing clubs are in East End. Good advice from you, unlike the Elly channel who doesn’t even know the history of the places. Trust Elly’s advice, no way. She is only interested in selling.

I also like to live on the DLR line, this is where we can get some fresh air from opening the windows on the DLR. Canary Wharf is getting more vibrant with the opening on Wood Wharf behind the EY building.

Hi, depending on your budget and whether you need to commute to London to work, (in case you do) my preference would be TW, St Albans then Horsham. House prices: Horsham would be the cheapest out of the 3 then St Albans then TW. Schools: TW the best. Safety: TW the best also. These are merely my opinion. Hope this helps!

Hi Clara, from what you mentioned, I think Surrey is a good choice for you. Sutton and Kingston are popular locations with good schools and near to heathrow and gatwick airport. But the school places are very limited. many thanks, I hope my boys would continue speaking cantonese. haha

West Ham 而家有唔少新嘅樓盤, 居住環境應該會逐漸好轉. 現時為止都係一般啦, 比較舊, 不過近Stratford, CW, 地點唔錯. 不過要留意政府方面做嘢會比較慢... 😅
