I love this small quiet town, stay there many time 5+. Lots of sight seeing, shopping etc. Some HK food is much cheaper and better than London. Encourage you to explore.

How we travel from London airport to Southampton? 1 hour railway?

oxto32 takes longer by Railway. Around 2hrs

If you go by trains, you may have to go to London first and change there for Southampton. A more direct way is going to Southampton by bus. There are several through buses from LHR each day. It takes around 1:30 to 2 hours.

@@michaeltsui229 Poole is not as busy as Bournemouth . Baiter park , Parkstone bay in Poole is peaceful. A lot of families and older adult hanging out there . As you like sailing activities, you can also explore Branksome and Christchurch.
