This development is called Beeston Quarters and is in Beeston Rylands in Nottingham, unfortunately they wasn't able to give me a price list when I asked. They will issue the prices at the start of each phase so you will need to keep an eye on the Barratt's website. I will do a video on the surrounding areas (Beeston Rylands) and whether there is any flood risk in the next couple of days. Please look out for it.

Typically, new houses will include painting as part of the basic specifications. Anything extra will be dependent on the model of the house which would need to be discussed with the developer.

you would need to discuss with the developer as i think their charges will be different as it is a new build and they may even have colours for customers to choose.

This is in an area called Beeston Rylands, not far from Beeston town centre. Unfortunately, when I asked during the initial filming, they did not have any pricing information that they can give me. I think you will need to keep a look out on Barratts site. They normally issue prices at the start of each phase and prices could be slightly different between phases to reflect things like change in material prices.
