A neat-looking drum = pad = living-space. I left Beeston 68 years ago and now much prefer living in Liguria, Italy. I enjoyed the local pubs on return: The Jolly Anglers, the Hop Pole etc. Have a nice life!

The Moresby is a detached house. IT is a show home so they have decorated and furnish it. Normally they will sell the show homes at the end of the project. When you buy a brand new house off the plans, there is normally a base cost for the house which includes things like carpets and the cooking appliance. The developers normally has an options list that you can pay extra for such as wooden floor and different types of tiles. However, generally developers will refer you to other companies who are working with the developer for the furniture, other appliances,..,etc.

I went to take a look today and quite a few of the houses for phase 1 (sold) have already got the house structure and roof up. I can see from the website that they have already started marketing phase 2. I think they will start to market phase 3 around Dec 2020 or Jan 2021. I will do a video on the surrounding areas (Beeston Rylands) and whether there is any flood risk in the next couple of days. Please look out for it.

The properties in the development are smaller in size. Part of the reason why I did the videos on the development is to allow people to see the actual layout in case so that they can make an informed decision if anyone from Hong Kong wants to buy remotely.

有的，附近有大超市同埋大商業例如Boots headquarters. 當然因為疫情現時有好多失業者所以會多人揾工。現時最多工作是在物流行業同超市。

The garages for these show homes are currently being used as the sales office that you see at the start of the video. At the end when they sell the show homes, they will convert them back to garages.

Unfortunately, when I asked during the initial filming, they did not have any pricing information that they can give me. I think you will need to keep a look out on Barratts site. They normally issue prices at the start of each phase and prices could be slightly different between phases to reflect things like change in material prices.
