As a whatcom county local with a train obsessed son, I must know- what time does the Canadian national pass through Boulevard Park?

Unfortunately, it's hard to know exactly when freight trains will pass through because their schedule isn't as fixed as a passenger train. Canadian Pacific trains do not run through Bellingham, but the locomotives sometimes appear on BNSF trains, especially the through oil trains that come from Canada. They typically pass through once or twice a week.
