It makes sense, but this is actually about the WW2. In China, if I’m correct, they used to be bombarded *everyday*. To try and protect themselves from the bombs, they had to hide in caves. And the sirens in the creepy part represent the alarms that used to be played at high volume to let everyone know what was going on so that they could evacuate and hide in the caves. :’) What a sad story
