hi dyanna alot of people seem to be born on april,i wrote above what im going through,with my hard loss ive been looking at some good ghost stories,such as a guy named will r bird a candian who lost his brother in ww1,after his brothers death will took his place in 1916 at vimy ridge,he was sleeping in a trench and he felt a warm hand pull him straight up,lo and behold it was his dead brother steve,he followed his brother with excitement and awe as he led will into a abandon house will dropped his gear,and when he picked it back up his brother steve had gone a few minutes later he heard the voice of his comrades saying weve found him,will asked whats the matter they said the trench you where in was blown to pieces we found no survivers but body parts wills brother steve his ghost saved his life,i just thought of sharing that story,when i visit dad again ill continue reading this account to him i hope john sees this story,as i miss mom and now dad

You be careful John. Sadly I can't make it, would have loved to. I imagine that, your body can't take the impact of those jumps like you use to. An old friend of mine enjoyed Demolition Derby events, he did them every year, multiple times a year. But he had to stop, he was in pain in his back. Doc said his body took too much jolting impacts and his spine was damaged. Now he just watches, and preps cars for the Derby. So I imagine your along that line, too many jumps have taken it's toll on your body. But your lucky, my friend had to stop about the time he was 30, you got this long before stopping. But stay safe, and good luck on your Grand Finally Jump. Give 'em the best Yee Haa Bo has ever given.

Hi John I am a big Dukes of Hazard fan being born in 79 and growing up during the show taking place in the 80's and just wondering if you have ever jumped a 68-69 Ford Torino Fastback or maybe even drove one. My uncle circle tracked one which he had put a 351 2V Cleveland with a 3 speed on the floor shift and 9" Ford rear with 4:11's which he raced it in the Hobby Stock 2 barrel carb class his number was 22 he won a few races with it. My uncle was a really great auto mechanic and my dad was a really good at doing auto body work restoring cars. My dad fabricated a nice looking Cobra Jet Hood scoop out of metal for the Torino. The car was painted a Ford blue with sides of the Fastback roof white. My uncle used 22 after the Great race car driver Fireball Roberts. Sometimes he would give me and my brother rides in it down the gravel roads near my grandparents farm. Reminded me of the General Lee going down the gravel roads tearing it up.

Be careful...My son lost his best friend on an RV that hit a barb wire fence that they had recently strung across his neighbor's land. He didn't see it because it was dusk when they went riding.
