Jim Kelly at Darlington Gun Works restored and authenticated Bo Whoop. My brother and I used to stop in to see him from time to time and we may have been among the first to hold Bo Whoop. Jim said " Have a look at this gun" and so we did. He said "be careful boys, that one's history" and told us that he was 90% sure it was Bo Whoop. He knew every detail of that gun and it was one of the most memorable of our visits. If you ever get a chance to visit with Jim you'll be the richer for it. Very few left like him.

I really hate to see a fine side by side shotgun mishandled like that. Snapping it closed like some kind of rough tool seems disrespectful.

I noticed that also, harsh treatment for a fine double much less a two hundred thousand dollar gun. Made to hunt hard ,shoot hard and hold up a lifetime in its purpose, bravo!
