What you called burst delay is not burst delay, it is simply burst rof, burst delay is the hard coded time that must pass after a burst before a second volley can be sent downrange. The argument you made is valid but misleading due to the wrong term being used in the wrong place. The M8 has higher fire rate in the burst as you said but actually has a larger burst delay leading to an overall lower rpm despite the higher rof within the burst.

none of the remake maps are good. standoff, raid, waw remake, terminal, and then 2 worst cod maps are just as shit as the originals. raid and standoff look dope af and play cool i just want some wall runs implemented a little better for the new games. terminal is ugly and doesnt incorporate a lot of wall runs.

The M8 is so good because of how its recoil pattern is if you shoot someone in the middle of the chest the recoil will go up to the head, hence why so many player use the M8 with high calibre, plus everyone hates the flinch in the game another reason to use high cal on the M8. The XR2 is not good for high cal as much as the M8 because the very last bullet consistently goes to the right so you miss you chance of hitting the head and getting that high calibre multiplier

Marksman the burst delay is the time between when you fire and fire again, rapid fire decreases that delay. Rapid fire certainly does not increase the fire rate of burst weapons. One more thing, the xr2 has a slower burst delay and a slower fire rate. Love your vids

xr-2 is a bit better at mid/closer ranges because of the ttk but the m8 shoots faster and since it also has far more precise recoil it can take out targets at further ranges quicker (unless you're a bot) and has easier ease of use.

I think you got fire rate and burst delay the wrong way round. Fire rate is how quickly each bullet is fired, burst delay is the pause between bursts. M8 has higher fire rate but also higher (longer) burst delay. XR2 has slower fire rate, but lower (quicker) burst delay. Either way though, you were right, just got the terms mixed up

I love burst fire weapons. My favorite cod burst weapon all time is the Swat from bops2. In bops3 I prefer m8 over x2, though my favorite is the pistol the rf5

U can hold down RT on Xbox on the Xr2 and it will fire on its own. This can't be done on the m8. Just something to mention.

I get very few one burst kills with the m8 even at really close range. With the xr2 I get a lot of one burst kills up to medium range and close range is like 80% of the time a one burst kill. Xr2 can also easily beat smg's at close range if you hit all your burst it's insta dead for them.

You confused burst delay with firing speed(measured in RPM) in your comparison. burst delay - time between bursts (xr2 auto bursts so that pause between the first 3 rounds and the second set) M8: the pause between how fast you're allowed to pull the trigger and fire off first & second bursts. firing speed - maximum number of rounds you can fire per minute assuming no limit of ammo supply. M8 is superior to the xr2 for a plethora of reasons but mostly because it's cyclic rate is infinitely faster

I like Xr2 because it's easier to aim because you don't have to keep hitting the trigger. Xr2 with rapid fire gets so many turn ons. In any case dredge is good too unless you miss more than once
