Running while singing teaches you control. It teaches you the proper breathing technique. Pretty much the same with dance. Now we see her executing those crazy choreographies while singing..this is what all her effort, hardwork, blood and sweat came from. [:

A lot of artists have to do the "run and sing at the same time" technique. Beyonce was one of the first artists I know that do this because it trains the diaphram of singers and they don't get all out of breath while singing and dancing. I can't remember what other singers that do this method,but noticing this would also have helped Britney Spears when she dances too just not sure if it's too late to use this training.

that's part of the training cus when u dance and sing at the same time, sometimes u will run out of breath and start panting. Running around trains her to breath even in big exercises.

Boa sometimes look fair, sometimes look dark even when she was younger so probably you're right. If you notice some of her really old pics and now, her nose tips did get a lot sharper, but it might be just weight loss? HAHA^^ Nobody knows the truth except BoA herself and SM.
