What makes this guy better than other comedians is not just clean comedy but he also knows when to take pauses. If you notice carefully he takes pause when audience laughs and before they can calm down he throws another punch line and another. Result is audience laughing hysterically on his jokes. Its the technique that makes his jokes more funny. He keeps the momentum going on. Audience always relate to jokes better if they reflect real life incidents because human tend to relate to memories better than new information.
