Is it the lighting or is this an episode of the Sweeney from the 1970’s?. It could even be an episode of Callan with Edward Woodward’s got wood on wargaming! Glad you’re moving with the times Mike. None of those dodgy fluorescent tubes any more.

I THINK I dodged the Mythic bullet. I would have refused to pay the ransom had I backed, but didn't need to. I liked the IP and the production enough to have backed it (all-in gameplay), but then cancelled my pledge during the KS campaign in order to join a retailer's group buy. And it LOOKS like retailer copies will get delivered, and probably WITHOUT the price hike (although right now neither is guaranteed).

That's interesting, so they never went after the retailers for the additional fees? Fingers crossed you see something.

We're not sure yet, as the retailers haven't received either their stock nor their final invoices - but given the size of some of the players, it's easy to see why those additional charges would trigger a fight that Mythic does not want. There are retailers advertising the game at prices that are in line with the prices set out by Mythic at the start of the KS campaign, and who clearly believe that they will receive stock at those previously-agreed prices @@WhoDaresRolls

Having watched the entire episode i can appreciate the David Lynch Twin Peaks lighting and camera zooming in and out focus you were going for. I didn’t quite get what you were saying about Mythic games. You whispered it and said it so quickly. You should have repeated it! I’m in for Monsterpocalypse from Mythic so I’m way down the road in terms of Neverland fulfilment. Still waiting for Robinson. I guess he will “arrive” on “Friday”. Ooh err missus. You are right though. Second edition was good enough. Just call me sucker! We have nearly spent as long waiting for the game as Alexander Selkirk (Robinson himself) and Tom “Wilson” Hanks spent on the island. Good job, Mike.
