I completely agree with the point about the tower, my group thought it was fine until we got combo'd by it 😅. And you listed the same fix that we employ. The best part about board games is you can house rule stuff to make it more fun, and such a small change is barely noticeable from an outside perspective but just greatly improves the feel of the game

I just got this and I guess I’ve been really unlucky… I’ve lost both games. I need to push clones… I don’t get the draw to do it… I need energy… those cards aren’t available to me… I need rifts removed… cards, clones, or the Doctor ruin it for me. That being said I like a challenge and this game has been challenging so far and it is fun
