Looks like this has replaced the Gypsy (which was women's only). I love my Gypsy, super energetic and fun. Though as you say, you do need to watch your edges. I recommended detuning the contact points.

would anyone say i’m gonna have a BAD time kind of learning the basics of snowboarding on this board ? i’m fairly new to snowboarding but not to riding a board, if you know what i mean, and i was gifted this board for christmas. i have no problem with honing in my skills even if i find it difficult. but i definitely want to learn to carve better, and like i said learn the basics of free riding the mountain as well as basics of riding park. all feedbacks appreciated n either way i’m beyond stoked to get on the mountain soon

Hi I own this board as my beginner. I can tell you that it's a very fun board to take down the slopes! There is a bit of a learning curve with the board so you're definitely gonna fall off a lot. However once you get the hang of it on turning, it really becomes an amazing board to ride!

depending on how aggressive you ride it could be a fun one, will have that review dropping within the next 10 days. Its a park board with a good all around flex so its not a charger but it still holds it down for mellow cruising, plus it has true camber which is nice

I’m 6’3 190 and ride the 155 W. The 155 caps off at like 210 LB so You’d be fine especially if your focus is park

Anecdotally I would just say the Huck Knife is head and shoulders above the competiton. As far as I know every year and every updated model has won a goodwood in the park category, and having ridden it I can attest. It has more pop and more general responsiveness than any board I’ve ridden.
