Dancehaul Pro is one of the best and most interesting shapes I've ridden so far. Pow: great, groomers: great, park: it´s not a parkboard but still rides great switch...did a lot of 5s on this.

I also have one and completely agree. One of the best and most interesting to ride. Perfect for powder, groomers and side hits. Still able to do some park laps if you want. My personal favorite board I own

As someone that has a pretty diverse quiver I keep grabbing the korua tradition finder. The most fun board I ride. Carving, powder, jumps and side hits. Truly a complete blast to ride. Not much for jibs these days but everything else it’s great. I rock a slight posi stance to enhance the ride.

@@ivayloyanakiev9423 The Korua Transition finder is not on this list. As someone that rides a ton of different all mountain boards I would add it. It is a brand and a board I only recently found. Hard to beat it.

Great video! I remember you liking the Easy Rider a lot like the V-Twin for playful all mountain. What are the differences you noticed? Is it basically just true twin versus directional twin?

Hey TJ, what was the size of Mercury that you rode? I’m 5’71 (174cm), 165lbs (75kg) and 9.5US (42,5) and thinking of 155cm. So that I can ride down the slope quite fast, but also play around easily.

SO tempted to get the NS V-Twin! I just got a Bataleon Goliath + for the camber and catch-free features, but I think I would like a rocker dominant board as well for a very different feel. TJ HELP! Do these two boards ride/feel as differently as I hope, or am I almost replicating the same thing if I get both?

I can’t speak to the Bataleon but the V-Twin is a completely different ride from any other company’s board. It’s sick in literally all conditions.

The 3BT in the bataleon will offer a smooth ride which is catchfree, while on the otherhand might feel washed out in some conditions. I cant tell for the V-twin, but it for sure gets my attention since I ride a bataleon whatever, i wanted a pow board which i could press and jib all day without effort, but the washed out feeling deffenitely makes me feel im wanting to ride this only in pow. Also, 50-50’s feel damn slippy due to the 3bt which drops my confidence on rails I am not used to ride and slows progression.. Coming from a gen1 doa and other only camber profiled boards, I truly wonder if the V-twin could be my first “rocker” in some sense. I need to spare my knees while pressing, and still be able to pop, carve like planking, be stable on rails on not to complex tricks, SHE like crazy and offer a stable edge to pop off for spins in a press, which is also a bit washed on a 3bt. What you say, V-twin on nay? How much pop has the V-twin left out of a press? Would it be enough popping stylish for a fat drop?

I’m torn between the Salomon dancehaul pro and the United shapes cadet, I’m looking for a board that’ll be good in really deep powder, good for carving, and still fun in the park and good for jumps and side hits. Which board would you recommend between the two?

I’m going to be spending and entire season in Japan this winter and I’ve been looking for a dedicated powder board. I currently have a Jones Mountain Twin and the Jones Aviator 2.0 but looking for smth rlly good for Japan. As well I’m a size 14 boot so looking for a very wide board so there is basically no toe drag… any recommendations help heaps Thxs lads

I’m really tempted to get the V-Twin my concern is deeper powder days if this is my one board. Should I look at something else for deeper powder days? Or can this get me by? I do ride the whole mountain park, groomers, and some back country. My concern is the deeper powder day will I be disappointed with this board?

Hi Peter. The board is overall rocker and literally nothing floats better. Your true will will handle pow like it was made for it.

My wife switched to men’s boars and never looked back. Still follow the size and weight guide lines but it seems like most men’s boards have better features over women’s. She rides an assassin, mercury, and a super 8 pro on pow days and loves all of them.
