Devour still needs hits equal to the targets toughness, so the guards would need 2 hits from a devour attack: "Each Devour Attack may only ever eliminate a single target. This means that any Hits rolled in excess of the first target’s Toughness are lost, as only 1 target can be eliminated."

Got my enormous Galactus this past week and it is so amazing. Kind of hoped the rest would show up as well but I’m okay with what I have so far. Great game but I always feel like I’m saying a bad word when I bring this game up because of the shipping drama. Not sure when that feeling will pass. Galactus gameplay may be meh but that “mini” is awesome

I just started playing this with some friends who are all having a blast. I am curious as to how you're taking out multiple enemies however. So each hit during an attack can take out more than one trooper? I thought there was a trait or bystander that did that but not during normal rolls. Each attack should only be hitting one enemy unless otherwise indicated by an ability, trait or bystander trait. This is how we've been playing. If I am wrong please let me know. I have been using the Wasp, who is awesome. I think I've been cheating a little as I've been ignoring targeting priority on moves as well as attacks and devours. It took 3 playthroughs to start playing right but now we got it... i think. Great video great game! Love your channel Alex!

You've probably figured this out by now, but just in case. Page 2o in the rulebook addresses this. This game is diff than other zombicides in the sense that you're attacking that zone and not a given enemy in the zone. The example at the bottom of the page is : Example: Deadpool performs Melee Attacks using his Dual Katanas (Dice: 3, Accuracy: 4+). In his Zone there are 2 Guards, 1 Specialist, and 1 Bystander. • Deadpool rolls 6, 5, and 4 for his first Action, scoring 3 Hits. Following the Target Priority order, 2 Hits are needed to eliminate 1 Guard, and the last Hit just bounces off the second Guard. • Deadpool rolls 5, 4, and 3 for his second Action, scoring 2 Hits. The remaining Guard still requires 2 Hits to eliminate, so the Specialist remains unharmed. • Deadpool rolls 6,4, and 2 for his third Action, scoring 2 Hits. 1 Hit is enough to eliminate the Specialist. The last remaining Hit doesn’t harm the Bystander, since it can only be eliminated by a Devour Attack.

@@ryanluvaas4097 hey thanks for the reply. I did look back at the rule book and saw that it specifies targeting zones. We've been playing like that since. It's easier for sure but also more fun. It's been an absolute blast since the rest of the pledge came in. Now we randomly choose between 100 Super heroes and have about the same number of Zomie/Super heroes and bystanders that we can randomly pull and fight against. It's such a fun game!

I don't think that's fair. 6 zombie heroes and 6 superheroes is a decent spread. If you get both core boxes, that doubles it. With the three big expansions, you would add 4 heroes and 4 zombies (FF), 4 heroes 4 zombies and 1 special enemy (Hydra), and/or 6 heroes and 6 zombies (sinister 6). My understanding is that all of these are planned to be available retail, as well as the guardians of the galaxy expansion. Seems when everything is available, retail is still very much diverse

@@jeffreytsao5710 6 zombie heroes is defientely not a lot for a >100 dollar especially since you always need to play with four zombie heroes. Arguing that expansions bring variety is irrelevant. I am talking solely about the value of the core box that is available retail.
