I haven't played Wonderland's War but I love the other three picks! Each time I kept thinking it might be my favorite public domain game, and then the next game would be one that's higher on my list 😂

These were all great picks, *including* Wonderland’s War. I was quite harsh on WW, but it’s a solid game. It is just not my “Mad-hatter’s Cup Of Tea”… :)

But like mine was actually your favorite right??
@PodfatherGaming Жыл бұрын
@@matthewmelissamakak2615 yes, yours was my favorite game of all four games… Except for my game, “Letters, From, Whitechapel“, which, of course was by far the best game. :-)

@@PodfatherGaming stay out of this! I'm asking the truth teller that is Board Game Blitz 😤😜
@PodfatherGaming Жыл бұрын
@@matthewmelissamakak2615 I agree! And Board Game Blitz said that each later one was better than the next, and… mine was last, so mine was best!!! :) :) :)

This is so fun! Thank you for this show. I like all the games (not played WW, but really want to). I’ve had a great experience playing Letters, but I rank Robinson Crusoe the best of this group.

Wow... I know Stephen likes to be contrary, but claiming that Wonderland's War features characters not from the IP... and then mentions: Tweedledum & Tweedledee, and Humpty Dumpty *all* of whom are in Alice's Adventures in Wonderland or Through The Looking-Glass... showing your ignorance there, Podfather!

Mea culpa! :)

Robinson Crusoe's my favorite out of this group, but I love Wonderland's War, too. Gotta say, though, I love my messy, wild, and brutal Arkham Horror: The Card Game.

Great episode. Many of us on Around the Board agrees with Stephen. Wonderlands War was a big miss. It felt like a whole lot to do just to play Quacks! It was a hard pass for me.

Wonderland's War was the most intriguing to me. I like Robinson Crusoe, but have basically shelved it due to difficulty and I do find Letter's From White Chapel to be a little bland. I've not played Consulting Detective, though I would like to.
