You are doing a great job! Can you help me with something unrelated? I have a SafePal wallet with USDT in it and I have my recovery phrase.『pride』-『pole』-『obtain』-『together』-『second』-『when』-『future』-『mask』-『review』-『nature』-『potato』-『bulb』. How do I transfer them to Binance?

Ok, I haven't played either game but I have to ask, please don't jump on me if its an unfair comparison BUT this has a similar vibe to Penny Black as far as placing different size/shape pieces with different stipulations for placement. Would anyone agree? Thoughts on either game? They both look like fun to me!

For me, it's Castles of Mad King Ludwig. I like it because the tiles are different shapes, but odd ones. It's not just tetris pieces. Some are round, some are square, some are rectangular, some are L shaped, and in different sizes. In many cases you want them to fit snugly right next to each other as much as you can. But in some cases, you need the tiles to NOT touch. Plus, at the end of your game, you can laugh at how ridiculous it is to have one of the first rooms in your castle be a dungeon, or even The Pit. Or how you might need to go through the baconry, then the icebox, then the mold room, just to get to John's Throne.

If you write a number here, it has to be greater than the number below it, but less than or equal to the number three spaces to its left-unless it's a prime number, in which case it has to be higher than 7 but only if the number directly below it is odd. Got it?

Land vs Sea is thinky 2 player fun. Love Calico, but it’s too heartbreaking for some try-hards. Carcassonne and Tsuro were my gateway in. Tsuro is still a cool gamer/nongamer ‘party game’.

Like Dorfromantik, Carcassone Versions and Castles of Burgundy somewhat. Don't like Kingdomino, Planet Unknown and Cascadia. Have not played the other ones, but would like to.Thanks for the great list!

Watching this video got me thinking. I used to own Carcassonne, Barenpark, Isle of Cats, Isle of Skye. I really enjoyed them but with the exception of Cascadia I no longer own any. I do love Tapestry, Ark Nova, Kutna Hora and recently Apiary, games with tile laying elements. Does this mean I have got boring? Or that over time I have honed in on what I like. I did own CoB but wasn’t keen. Anyway another great vid. Many thanks.

My featherweight goto picks are: Kariba, Dungeon Mayhem, Colt Super Express, Deep Sea Adventure and That's Not a Hat. I personally think a few of these picks I'd say fall outside of the featherweight category (or need a new category for super featherweight games) like Unmatched - I agree it's light weight, but I think when you have concepts like zones, explaining boosts, managing positioning of multiple characters etc... it pushes it a little out of the lightest weight category.

She apologized for causing soo much damage...but thats what I play for. I like the chaos, I don't care if its all cause and affect on me. Its what makes the game so fun. I slam, shoot, whatever as often as I can in this game. This was the longest game ever. Ours is usually done in 15-30 minutes max.
@jeremyjedlicka14732 күн бұрын
@20:10 where you say your max movement with nitro is only 6 is not true. The rulebook specifically says, "This may result in movement higher than 6. You must move the full amount." You could potentially move a total of 12 spaces. 6 with the die, 3 with nitro, and 3 with the road die(base game).

I'm in the minority, because I do prefer Overboss over Cascadia (Very similar but very different too) and a recent one I've been enjoying is Ingenious from Knizia, very thinky and abstract.

My top 6 games with their primary focus on tile laying are: 1) Isle of Skye 2) Bärenpark 3) Cascadia 4) Glen More II 5) Carcasonne 6) Tikal and Castles of Burgundy is somewhere on the list but I play it not often enough to place it exactly. Of course there are other great games with some tile laying like Terraforming Mars, Caverna, Ark Nova etc. but they have more prominent mechanics.

In trick taking games like Pinochle it's a lot easier to track and count cards. I don't see that being possible in this game. Keeping track of played cards doesn't even seem like a valid strategy in this game.
@boardgamegeekКүн бұрын
That's kind of the point. You don't necessarily know which cards have entered play, and you don't know which cards people have drawn from their deck (assuming they have more cards than the hand size), so you have to play the odds and take chances. -WEM
@mikehuff2693Күн бұрын
@boardgamegeek yeah, I kinda like that idea. It kinda levels the playing field. Some people are better at keeping track of what's been played already.

I like it, you guys sure wheeled out a good one this week! First we have dice chucking, you can't go wrong with that in my book, but then you have to fill in the tower, and that takes a little bit of thought. And there's even room for some tactics, my opponents needs big numbers, so I'll remove the biggest die possible and stick it to them! 🦹♂👿 All-in-all, I love this one, it looks like I'll be adding it to the list for next Friday when I'll be ordering up some new game. Thanks for posting this excellent video guys, great job!
