I recently started playing on a new group and there is a very active cheater. It's quite interesting because, I thought it would be rage quit, but I actually don't really find it more than mildly annoying. I just ignore that person's score at the end of the game and second place wins. It's still annoying because some games just cannot be played, but those are pretty rare.

That's interesting. Do they other players know that person cheats? Cause that would be quite the dynamic if everyone knew but still tolerated that in the group

@BoardGamesUnLocked I think others have realised but nobody has had a conversation about it, just a few comments and requests that suggests they know

My critique about how you judged "messy eater" and some other categories: it doesn't make sense to say "I've never played with people like that, so I'm gonna give it a lower level in the ranking". All behaviors should be evaluated from a objective reality perspective. Just imagine if someone says: "cheating is totally tolerable because in my playing group nobody cheats".

I see why you would say that but that's just doesn't apply to other things in life; I don't know anyone who is a Flat Earther or Anti-Vax but I would subjugate myself to be around them. We clearly understand the concept of a "Messy eater" and wouldn't tolerate it around our stuff. I knew a guy who said that cheating is okay and it's up to the other players to make sure they don't. I vehemently disagreed with that but to each their own, I guess
