Just got off Carnival Mardi Gras. Will probably not do Carnival again unless there is some kind of unique itinerary. The ship was great, the service was poor, and the buffet was not safe to even eat at breakfast time. Everything was Luke warm, eggs were cold. They do have some cool concepts they are trying out like allowing you to eat at some restaurants for dinner at no extra charge, Pig N Anchor and Cucina del Capitano. I just feel like they should be a lot cheaper for the level of service they offer and I dont really find them cheaper. Not trying to upset anyone that loves Carnival, just my feelings having cruised several other lines.
