Fun fact, since Kayla and Dan enjoyed gymnastics at the Olympics: In 2018, at the World Championships Simone Biles went to the emergency room in the middle of the night with kidney stones after the first day of the meet! She did the rest of the competition anyway and won a medal in every event.

This reminds me of that enemies to lovers Scenario, I don't remember the name, but it's hilarious! I've had kidney stones, I went to work, by 9am in sudden excruciating pain, in a hospital bed by 12:30 and in surgery 2 hours later - what fun! Never been in that much pain again thankfully.

Vegetarian Wedding Menu; people can surely be okay to eat such a meal once in a while...it's your wedding day. In the beginning mince meat pies were made with meat; The original mince pies were oblong crib shapes decorated with a baby Jesus on top. The contents represent the gifts of the Magi to the Christ child, spices and plump middle eastern fruits. In the 1640's in England, Scotland and Ireland, the Puritans banned Christmas and everything related to the holiday. ** I find it odd that you can't buy mince pie, maybe in your area I guess in other parts in the U.S.; I'm from Canada with my background being British/Italian, so we can buy it here, and of course my Grandmother made it homemade with the new tradition with fruit, I never actually liked it. At a wedding I was at they served raw fish and some vegetarian stuff if you asked. I'm not a vegetarian, but I get sick easily so I don't dare eating raw proteins, fish included. So I asked for the vegetarian dish instead.

One of the urologists I work with swears by lemon water to prevent stones. Basically make lemonade without sugar. Apparently the acidity from the lemons will prevent stones being able to form. I have no tricks for ovarian cyst, those come and go and most times are a none issue.

I'm sure your Dr already mentioned this but to help prevent kidney stones in future you should make it a habit to drink water, stay hydrated. It keeps your body constantly flushing through so they don't get a chance to form. Or so I'm told, I'm not a Dr.

The problem is you keep forcing people in your life like Dan and your family to conform to your lifestyle. So when people say oh my God why are you not getting meat for your wedding? It's because you're only one person out of hundreds especially however many people you're inviting to your wedding and all of them eat meat except you? So you're the oddball out whether it's your wedding or not, most people find it common courtesy to go with the majority. Just like if I'm with a big family and I love being cold, I'm not going to set the room to 65° when my entire family would freeze to death. I will suffer through it or I will deal with it because I am one person versus 40 or 50 people who are not like me. It's the nice thing to do is to considerate thing to do

it’s completely her wedding and her choice. weddings can be entirely vegetarian so stop trying to find a reason to criticize her when she’s already criticizing herself enough. if she doesn’t want meat for her wedding, she doesn’t have to. and like i said, its HER wedding so the guests should comply with what is being served there. for example, when i was younger i went to my uncles wedding and they had a strawberry wedding cake. i didn’t like strawberry cake but i didnt complain because it was HIS wedding. its common sense, not rocket science.

Vegetarian food isn't as restrictive as vegan food, most vegetarians eat eggs and milk products, some even eat fish. I sometimes eat vegetarian if I don't like the other food.

i feel you on those kidney stones. mine were really small, but still hurt quite bad. i was thankful that it didn't take long to pass, but only to be met with gallstones lol. but i hope that you're feeling well now and taking care of yourself 🎄🩷
