Wow. That might literally and actually be the nicest cabin I've ever seen on a cruise ship. Excluding exotic and ridiculous things like the $30,000 luxury suites and things like that, as far as standard "I'm a normal person and I can book this" cabins go, yup I think that's my favorite one of all time.

I wrote that comment before you guys made it out to the balcony. After seeing the balcony...it's another level. I honestly almost have trouble even believing they have balconies like that on a cruise ship with standard rooms. That balcony was bonkers. I mean it was probably the square footage of the entire cabin, if not more. And it was covered so rain wouldn't even bother you. Man that would be an amazing place at night.

I got off the Scarlet Lady yesterday and thought it was gorgeous. I now want a hammock on my balcony here at home. It was SO comfortable and easy to get in and out of. The food was wonderful throughout the ship and the Impossible Burger was mindblowing! I had a wonderful time and would definitely go in the ship again.

I'll be very interested in your review of the Vegan/Vegetarian restaurant. Two of my three adult children are Vegan. While Hubby and I are not Vegan, we have eaten some fabulous Vegan food. Sadly, most of the cruise lines in the US primarily serve Indian cuisine for Vegan or Vegetarian options. I wish they would explore more American options for Vegan food. That balcony is to die for!!!!! Wow.

The decor and lighting in the cabins and around the ship are amazing… the colored glass in Richards Rooftop was my favorite! I wouldn’t want to watch anyone else tour this amazing ship for us, thank you!! PS: I am curious what all was in that little “toy box”! 😉

Wow that cabin is amazing especially that balcony let me tell you I've been on 60 + cruises I've never seen a balcony quite that large. You're not kidding when you said you could have a party there. I love the way the cabin is so bright up to date with all the new tech and that bathroom so much better than you see on a normal cruise ship. It looks more specious and luxurious. I tell you what virgin Cruise Lines really interesting me into booking. Now I can't wait to see the rest of the ship.

Love the record player. But that balcony is ridiculous, such a waste. I'd prefer a bit more interior space I think! (even though its pretty nice as it is). If they're going to have so much outdoor space, at least make it a bit more interesting: Outdoor bar, outdoor sofa (instead of loungers and chairs) or even put a hot-tub out there. could also put an outdoor TV or something and throw in some basic exercise kit; then you could do follow along HIIT sesions outside from the TV.

The safety video looks awesome. Bu they also works and you will pay attention and remember what they are telling you. It reminds me of in the 1990's when I was flying around the US with Southwest Airlines their safety demos where hilarious with the cabin crew coming up with phrases like " I'd like to introduce you to your cabin crew. You have on board with you my new boyfriend and his ex wife" and also "Smoking is not permitted on this aircraft, this includes in the toilets. Any one caught smoking will be put out on the wing for the inflight movie Gone with the Wind" it was really funny and everyone was paying attention.

I love the idea of a wine pairing with each course. Very smart and well worth the extra money paid. The food looked fantastic, with the exception of your meat course. Maybe it just didn’t come across the same on video, but I thought the same when I immediately saw your food, “it’s a crime scene”. Not that appetizing. But I’ll take your word that the food was delicious. I also love the idea of going to different restaurants and it’s all included in the price. One question, I know it’s hard to compare cruise pricing because of location, length of cruise, etc…. But is there a way to price compare Virgin with other cruise lines? Thanks

Hey Ben and David. Let’s see what you have for us today. Scarlet Lady. Ohhhh. A gold vanity. Nice full length mirror. What’s the difference with the water with the different color green and purple caps? A lot of open space between the bathroom and bed. Bathroom is roomy and lovely. Shower amazing. Karaoke and all. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. A poo in the loo is private. Your one liners Ben. Some other Vloggers said the mattress was hard. How did you guys find it? I’m looking at that bar and bistro sitting area. I had to rewind. You said the drinks included? The bar set awesome. A pleasure box??? 😳🤣. Ok. A connecting cabin. Was wondering what that door was. So they have to change those toys after every cruise? If course. That’s a souvenir to take home with you. The balcony is spacious. Your room is just right. Not to big or small. It’s like a mini suite. Amazing. May I ask the name of this cabin and the cost? The Rooftop is nice. Oh David. You have a beautiful voice singing in the aquarium like elevator. And Ben joined in sounding as lovely. 🤣🤣🤣🤣. A breath of fresh air. 🤣🤣. My hubby and I would do the cocktail pairing at the taste kitchen. How do you think of these things? Mario and Luigi?? 🤗. I haven’t liked wet yolk since a child but that looks amazing. Fourth of July explosion in your mouth. Wow. The expression on your face Ben when you tasted the butter layered potato. The portions have been light but that looks like a lot of blue cheese and I would love it. Smell o vision would be awesome with you two. I thought small portions also. Good to know it was filling. My husband and I weren’t planning on going on Virgin. Thought it was geared towards the younger crowd. Party crowd. No restaurant dining. Oh no. But seeing this and other Vlogs, the majority of the reviews have been amazing. Especially the food. And the rooms and bathrooms roomy. I remember the previews that alot said the rooms and showers were small and a larger person would have issues. Everyone raving at how delicious the food is. Virgin is now on my bucket list. The decor of the ship isn’t to my taste. It appears the decor was chosen more to suit the Virgin branding, than to promote the wellbeing of the passenger. Very tacky. And I imagine after a few years it will look really scruffy.
