May i ask? They’re having disney adventure cruise and it will start sailing in 2025. U mention about the concierge suite class. And you mentioned that you actually ask them to serve the food inside the room. Do they charge the complimentary food we ask them to serve it in our room?

I was on the Epic in 2017 and had a wonderful cruise. I was on her in 2023 and could not believe the difference. It was dirty from discharge from the smoke stack. It was considerably cheaper than similar cruises and now I know why. Norwegian Epic should be retired or completed refitted. She is an absolute disaster.

Shopping area does look like a mall or ordinairy drug store. Could disarm you and make you spend money, I guess. Shoppers Drugmart of the Seas. Maybe that pastel pallet can get boring after a while. NCL Prima feel.

It's very elegant and not agressively themed like an amusement park, I also don't see a ton of aggressive branding everywhere. Bright and airy but it doesn't for get that it's a ship. Several areas for smoking-that's gross AF to me! They should be towed on a long line from a lifeboat FFS! Run an exclusively smoking ship Tropic of Cancer that stops at all the tobacco plantations. Design looks very homogenous throughout ship!

Literally just come off this ship - yesterday!! Same itinerary as you guys which was why we choose NCL and Epic. Been on other cruise ships with several other lines but first time with NCL. Will I go on Epic again - absolutely NOT! Generally for same reasons you expressed in this video (which I clearly didn't watch before booking lol)! I wonder if NCL are subscribing to you (hopefully) - as there was very little queing at bars or restaurants, the deck areas especially in H2° was spotless, and plenty of staff, in particular maintenance party?

I’ve done your exact cruise on the QM2. Beautiful ship. We went in September so the weather was never good enough to swim or lay around outside. If you look closely at those metal incredibly decorated walls you’ll see some interesting things like Homer from the Simpsons if I recall correctly. Anyway, I remember there were some out-of-place little surprises so check it out CLOSELY. And the mural by the elevators with the timeline of the Titanic disaster complete with times of radio messages and the like was fascinating but odd being on a ship. They also had a wonderful lecture over 2 or 3 days from a maritime author who had interviewed 3 Titanic survivors and he was WONDERFUL and FASCINATING!

We have a group going on the Epic in January and I’m semi terrified now 😅 some of us are experienced cruisers but we have a good amount of first timers so hopefully we don’t scare them away from cruising 🙃

Speaking of odd tasting water, fountain drinks, etc. We took an 11 day cruise of the western Mexico Riveara, from San Diego to Acapulco, there were 5 or 6 ports. Our first cruise, in 2004, and we haven't been on another. No real reason why, outside of $$ and now I need to use an electric scooter or a walker, so stairs are a concern, and Mexico isn't really disabled aware. I purchased the soda package, and let me tell you, the taste was so horrid I complained and was given a refund. The ice in the alcohol drinks seemed fine. I live in California, and we have some of the best tasting water in the United States here. We are in Palm Springs where our water wins awards. In 2004 we flew to Virgina, and I had the same experiance with the water from Washington DC to Norfolk. The water was horrid there as well. It tasted like a skunk smells. Even McDonalds soda tasted gross. I stuck with canned soda from the grocery store. 😮😮

I was on this ship It was dirty and items broken The pool was out of service Room was not cleaned I lost 10 pounds because the food was bad I would tell customers don’t go I was hoping for ship with new ideas and style l was disappointed

hey brazilian here! Yeah we do have sushi at almost all churrascaria haha but never seen lobster! we have way more red meat than pork and chicken, and it costs about $20-$30 dollars per person (All you can eat)
