@GJCAMPING5 сағат бұрын

What an awesome life! That back strap was gonna be delicious. Can't wait to see some on the pit, alongside some catfish too. Grilled catfish, with fried boudin balls are my favorite foods to cook✌️☕ ♨️ sometimes I squeeze in some bacon/chive cream cheese in the Boudin, with panko coating. Mmmm!!!
@GJCAMPING6 сағат бұрын
Sounds like you got some great Cajun cooking going on! Might have to add them boudin balls to our list, appreciate ya watching 👍✌️

Too bad about the backstrap. We get our venison vacuum packed at the butcher shop that processes it for us. It's eliminated a lot of the issues we had with freezers burn, as long as you are careful with how you handle the frozen plastic when it gets brittle. Back up plans are always a good idea. Boy Scout training taught me that. Here's your daily quote: Knowledge is recognizing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting one in a fruit salad..... LOL Cheers! Whipple

Watching that food cooking on an empty stomach makes you hungry. That has to be a nice set of smells in that cabin as the stove also warms the cabin.
@GJCAMPING5 сағат бұрын
Lol every time I put onions in the pot the cabin keeps the smell a few days🤣👍✌️
