Boat electronics and NMEA networks. Part 2 - installing

A fail safe NMEA0183-NMEA2000 network with fall back redundancy.
Combining old navigation electronics and networks with new ones.
I link two separate NMEA2000 networks together with a single NMEA0183 network. I also convert a Raymarine Seatalk NG network into a standard NMEA2000 network.
Some incorrect unwanted NMEA sentenses will be blocked from the network by programming a new multiplexer.
Have you noticed that many old GPS's have incorrect date and time after 2022? The infamous Millenium Bug finally arrived now I guess!
