'Ground to overhead' movement is actually 2 movements called a "clean and jerk" in English. The clean is from ground to bar resting on the anterior deltoids (not the clavicles). The jerk is from deltoids to bar overhead with straight legs and arms.

Pour le nettoyage des voiles il n’y a pas 150 solutions : tous les agents qui vont blanchir le tissus vont aussi le dégrader malheureusement (il suffit de demander à une voilerie pour avoir une réponse claire à ce sujet). Il ne reste que l’eau douce, le savon de Marseille et une brosse douce . Voile à plat sur une surface dure. On rince, brosse avec le savon, rince à nouveau. Et ensuite on fait sécher tête à cul pour accélérer la vitesse de séchage

@@nomadcitizen Je viens de trouver ce qui se passe, lorsque je clique sur le lien de votre partenaire, un nouvel onglet s'ouvre avec l'adresse suivante "bit.ly/3aJbJ1Lâ€", ce qui aboutit à une erreur 404. Si je fais un copier coller du lien dans un nouvel onglet, j'obtient l'adresse suivante "www.transporterenergy.co.uk" qui fonctionne parfaitement 😀. Je ne sais pas vraiment ce qui se passe, j'utilise Chrome sur un MacBook. Cordialement, Bruno

Hahahahaha Jeffrey! That is kinda true, we had so much work and we couldn’t focus 100% on her, this was the solution to avoid boat cushions having new colors and designs 😁😂🙈
