In this episode of The Floating Home you join us on chore day; We fill up water, empty our rubbish and feel very thankful for a recycling point! Lauren finds Shanti a peculiar but effective 'treat' as a natural way to prevent worms in dogs, and we prepare to welcome boat sitters on to the boat while we go to a festival for the weekend... Until we are welcomed with an unexpected surprise of having no water due to a broken pump... the joys of boat life :)

Another like-able episode. Being self sufficient and capable of handling unexpected hiccups is definitely a must when owning a boat ( caravan, camper etc) especially when help isn't within yelling distance. Well done and I hope you enjoyed the concert. 🎉 👍 🇳🇱 🙋‍♀ 🇳🇿

Hello You Three - greetings from Poland Love the hair cut Adam - my wife does exactly the same thing for me. So sorry to see that the water pump has broken. Doesn't appear to be a quick fix. I hope your public speaking event at the festival went well. We too give our two dogs rabbits feet to eat to help with their well-being, digestion and worm prevention. A wonderful video. Hope your lecture on removing negativity went well ,it’s a good skill to have .The pump-if it works as well as the bilge pump l was using on the weekend you’ll be able to have a power shower,also l always run my hose for a bit before putting it the tank to flush out any lodgers😊

Get yourself and expandable hose, when it shrinks down, takes up no room when empty so perfect if space is an issue

Advice for your water hose. Run water through it for a few minuets before to drop it in your tank. The hose is full of water that could be stagnant .
