Their videos are inspiring for sure. Try to look into motivational videos on youtube as well, to help inspire you daily. Take one day at a time and start with gratitude for the small things. It could be the the food you have to eat.. or if the sun shines. Reach out to friends or family and send a small message/ text that you care. Or find a way to pay it forward to someone else. It's amazing how paying it forward to others, actually brings so much fulfillment within yourself. The more you help others, the happier you feel. Also, the more you help others, the more the vibration comes back to you. Spend time with nature as often as possible and be sure to take time away from technology. Life is certainly a journey for everyone. You only see a small snippet of what happens in people's lives. You can be sure that everyone has ups and downs... each part of the journey, brings with it a great lesson. Sometimes painful, other times uplifting. Focus on the joy as often as possible. Journal, ask yourself what is it that you really want? Not what others want for you. Start there and one step at a time. Hope that helps. Just offering up some random advice on the journey.

Angel Morgan I’m aware and well said. But something I’ve realized after 40 years on this earth is no matter how much talent you have you have to have some luck along the way. It’s just the way life works. And some of us get a lot of luck and some of us get very little. You can’t let it drag you down. I never have. Really young children love all sorts of veggies. I would bring sweet red pepper slices to the playground for snacks. The shocked looks on the faces of the mothers as my kids would run up to me and grab a slice and munch away was hilarious. My mother was a public health nurse with excellent nutrition knowledge and a hell of a cook, so lucky.

This is very much a common thing globally, that villagers who would normally welcome strangers, are now afraid of what foreigners especially might unknowingly bring in. That fear is expressed in all sorts of ways, sometimes quite seriously. Not too long ago a young woman who had been in country on her own for months so that she was just as well and safe as any resident arrived in a small village where the people there thought she had just flown in from Europe. For her own safety, no matter what she said, she had to be escorted out of town by police and then by truck nonstop nearly two days drive to an international airport and back where she came from.

Any place that has a smaller infrastructure and less access to large hospital's are probably very worried. Mathematically speaking if they keep people out then they can almost prevent the spread in such a small area allowing them to go about their daily life's and not possibly get sick.
