What process did you use to add metal back to the prop?

Interesting. I would think there would be a balancing step at the end but if you're doing it this way and getting away with it, so will I since it's for personal use..

They also should be measuring the pitch and not just hitting it against a pitch block

Yes, when good propellers can cost $3000 and your boat has 2 engines. This will only cost a few hundred as opposed to buying new.
