What is the purpose of these centre console boats? Wouldn't a 65 foot sport yacht accomplish the same thing? I mean I guess a yacht would be slower, but it would have a TON more space for entertaining.

Center consoles are faster, funner, and way more versatile. You can't land a sailfish on a yacht.

If I had the $$ sure, wouldn't be my only boat tho...need a speedboat as well as an entertainer. Those 7Marine OB's are LS V8's. You will not have a problem. NO-ONE else is doin this. So its impossible to give a thumbs down if I am in any way a boat lover. Stay wet people!!😎

Sweet boat but so much better to spend all that money on a nice 60' Viking express with twin giant Diesels. I can basically guarantee you at any given time one of those 5 outboards is having an issue. Way too much to worry about that. But, if you have the $$ then have at it. Just not my choice.....if I had the $$

Hunter the seven marines basically are an inboard engine. It’s just a supercharged small block Chevy plucked right out of a Cadillac, and mated to a complex transmission. They suffer from salt water corrosion quite significantly. Sadly the simple times of two stroke outboards are gone, these four stroke beasts though innovative and thought-out are not bullet proof. I’ll stick to my two strokes: if the parts and electronics don’t exist they simply cannot break... not to mention a 300 pro max has more hp per pound than a 627
